Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and contract conditions. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of works in line with the project schedule. Conduct quality checks on materials, workmanship, and ensure compliance with IS Codes & PWD/CPWD standards. Prepare and verify measurements, bills, and progress reports. Coordinate with Government Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and PMC consultants. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements.
