Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tender documents for construction projects.
Develop bar bending schedules (BBS) and bill of quantities (BOQ) for civil engineering projects.
Participate in bidding processes by preparing bid submissions and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate quantity surveying services are delivered on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field (civil engineering).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, rate analysis, BBS, BOQ preparation, bidding, and tendering processes.
