Job Description

Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil construction projects
Monitor project costs and ensure effective
cost control and budgeting
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for accurate quantity assessment
Track project expenditures and prepare cost reports and variance analysis
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams
Evaluate contractor bills, subcontractor claims, and certifications
Assist in tendering, contract evaluation, and finalization
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and project standards

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in
Quantity Surveying
Proficiency in
Cost Control & Budgeting
Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and contracts
Ability to analyze costs and manage project budgets efficiently
Strong communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
Minimum
5+ years of relevant experience
in quantity surveying
Experience in handling large-scale civil or infrastructure projects is an advantage
Candidates available to join within
1530 days
will be preferred
