Project Manager (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Civil to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and infrastructure, with demonstrated expertise in project management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale civil projects including infrastructure, commercial, residential, or industrial developments.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Oversee contract negotiations, vendor management, procurement, and approvals.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Mentor and lead junior project managers, engineers, and site teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in civil project management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience managing large and complex civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (FIDIC, EPC, etc.), and local building codes/regulations.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
