Project Manager (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules, ensuring all phases of the project are completed on time.
• Anticipate potential delays and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks. Constructable

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within financial constraints.
• Monitor and control costs, approving purchases and managing change orders.

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

• Ensure all construction activities meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.
• Establish contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

• Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to the scope.
• Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly. PowerPlay

• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met and resolve any disputes that arise.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management within the civil construction industry.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
