Key Responsibilities: Maintaining Office Cleanliness: Cleaning and maintaining office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas. Serving Refreshments: serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors. Managing Office Supplies: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, including stationery, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. Running Errands: Performing errands such as banking, bill payments, and purchasing office supplies. Assisting with Clerical Tasks: Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Assisting Staff: Providing support for arranging meeting rooms, setting up equipment, and other tasks as needed. Handling Electronic Files and Papers: Managing and organizing electronic and physical documents. Greeting Visitors: Welcoming and directing visitors. Coordinating Maintenance: Assisting with coordinating maintenance and repairs of office equipment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
