Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to efficiently and accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and verify data in various systems and databases. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Review and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors. Maintain electronic and/or hard copy filing systems. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. Follow data integrity and security policies. Respond to data requests from authorized members of the organization. Perform regular data quality checks and audits. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role. Excellent typing speed and accuracy (preferably 40+ WPM). Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or office administration are a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
