Job Title: Academic Counsellor
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right career path and educational programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a drive to help learners achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students on available courses, admission process, and career pathways.Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries.Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.Maintain records of interactions and student information.Support in organizing walk-in drives, events, and promotional activities.
Requirements
Experience: 6 months 2 years in academic counselling, student advisory, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and provide a positive student experience.Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
