Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:

Telecaller


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

  • Explain products or services and answer queries.

  • Follow up on previous contacts and inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

  • Handle complaints or escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads.

  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow-up calls.

  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
