Job Description

Job Summary:

Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy clearly to the development team.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure maximum business value.
Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clarifying requirements and providing feedback during development.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Ensure delivered features meet business requirements and deliver intended value.
Analyze user feedback, product data, and market trends to inform decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities.
Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines related to product delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
Experience in [industry-specific product management: e.g., SaaS, fintech, e-commerce].
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and data-driven product management.
