Salary Range - 50000-60000

Key Result Areas for the Role:

⦁ Multi-Project Execution Management

⦁ Plan, schedule and oversee multiple façade projects from start to handover.

⦁ Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, scope and technical specifications.

⦁ Monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress across all active project sites

0. Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring

⦁ Lead and supervise project engineers, supervisors, contractors and execution teams

⦁ Define work priorities, track team deliverables and resolve on-site challenges

⦁ Drive accountability and productivity across all site personnel

0. Client Communication & Escalation Handling

⦁ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and project stakeholders.

⦁ Conduct technical meetings, progress reviews and manage expectations proactively.

⦁ Address escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

0. Progress & Quality

⦁ Ensure daily execution aligns with approved plans, safety protocols and quality benchmarks

⦁ Enforce corrective actions for deviations in workmanship, timelines or compliance Cross-Functional Coordination

⦁ Coordinate with internal departments including Design, Planning, Procurement, Commercial and Factory teams

⦁ Ensure timely release of drawings, materials and resources for uninterrupted execution

⦁ Communicate project requirements and changes effectively across departments

0. Resource Utilization & Cost Control

⦁ Monitor site-wise material consumption, labour deployment and subcontractor performance

⦁ Identify cost-saving opportunities and prevent overruns through active budget control

⦁ Maintain documentation for WIP valuation, billing and project profitability tracking

⦁ Ensure timely submission of Performa, GST invoices & timely follow-up of certifications & payments as per MIS submitted to the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
