Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, from planning and client coordination to delivery and post-launch support. You will lead Mobile & Web Development Team, implement project management best practices, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, client communication skills, and experience with modern project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop project roadmaps and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve blockers.
• Ensure adherence to clean coding standards, security best practices, and deployment protocols.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the BytezTech team.
• Provide regular project updates, demos, and progress reports.
• Process & Quality Management
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
• Ensure project documentation, checklists, and delivery guidelines are followed.
• Risk & Financial Management
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and profitability.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects meet financial KPIs and client SLAs.
• Automation & Continuous Improvement
• Suggest and adopt automation tools for reporting, tracking, and client updates.
• Optimize workflows to minimize manual dependencies.
• Contribute to company-wide scalability initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services/software development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across mobile app development, web development, and AI/ML.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
