Project Manager

· Coordinating between the site and PMD.

· Preparation of work schedule and getting approved by Project head and cross checking the time line of scheduled work.

· Making sure that all resources are appropriately used without wastage.

· Getting the approval of drawings from PMD and report in case of any rule violations.

· Ensure all works are done as per issued drawings approved from PMD and Project Head.

· Getting all required approval from project head and PMD during execution of the project.

· Make notes for every meeting and get it approved.

· Complete responsibility of quality of construction, material checking, shuttering , concrete and level checking.

· Approval of contractor's bills for payment

· Conduct weekly meeting every Saturday / Monday morning and update weekly schedule in group on or before Monday morning.

· Supervising of all works in the site.

· Ensure all the required documents like Plan, Permit and other certificates are kept at site.

· Provide weekly request for materials as per the work in site.

· Ensuring all site registers are maintained up to date.

· Ensure sites are neat and clean.

· Solving any local issues arising in the site.

· Check and approve the daily reports prepared by store keeper.

· Assisting the work of site supervisor and store keeper.

· Notifying Quality Manager regarding quality inspection before concrete.

· Determine required resources – manpower, equipment and materials from the start to finish of the project with attention to budgetary limitations.

· Ensure that all the stages of work are completed within the budget and submit report if any variations found in the budgeted and actual cost.

· Prepare DSR (Daily site report) in the absence of subordinate.

· Ensure that all the assets, machinery and rental equipments are properly maintained at site.
