We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee projects, ensuring smooth execution, effective team coordination, and strong collaboration with strategic partners. This role is ideal for someone with a background in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Oversee day-to-day project operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Supervise and support project teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and milestone achievement.
Act as the primary liaison with external partners, facilitating seamless collaboration and project alignment.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to proposal development, budgeting, and planning for new initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement across project workflows and operational practices

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with external partners or in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
