Apply consultative and solution-based selling techniques to address customer pain points and present tailored IT services and software product solutions. Participate in responding to RFIs and RFPs; present solutions and proposals to CXO-level clients. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); submit weekly progress reports and performance metrics.
