Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple client projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project execution, and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end delivery of digital and software projects.
• Coordinate between design, development, marketing, and client servicing teams.
• Create project timelines, task allocations, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide status updates.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project documentation, SOPs, and reports are maintained properly.
• Collaborate with management to improve internal processes and productivity.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project clarity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a tech or digital agency.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or Software Development projects is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
