Project Management Experience

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA, and business) to ensure smooth execution.
• Plan sprints, manage backlogs, and oversee Agile/Scrum ceremonies for effective delivery.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical deliverables for development teams.
• Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and budget adherence.
• Provide regular project updates, prepare status reports, and conduct progress reviews with teams and stakeholders.
  

Core Project Management Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager leading software teams.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and sprint planning.
• Strong resource planning, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Effective stakeholder management with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies efficiently.
  

Technical Skills (Added Advantage)

• Exposure to MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM).
• Familiarity with backend architectures, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and performance optimization.
• Awareness of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting, data analysis, or automation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows is an added plus.
  

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Preferred Certifications: PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
  

Other Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience in business requirement gathering and aligning technical solutions with strategic goals.
