Database Support Lead

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop robust tools for database management, monitoring, and analysis.
• Conduct and oversee code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and identification of potential issues or improvements.
• Optimize tools for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring they meet the demands.
• Ensure seamless integration of tools with existing systems, development environments, workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and API references for the developed tools and interfaces.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in database tools development, incorporating new approaches to enhance tool capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and methodologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness in development.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support.
• Develop and execute the development strategy, aligning it with overall product development objectives and organizational goals.
  

Requirements

• Strong background and deep expertise in C and C++ programming languages.
• Experience in designing and optimizing database architectures, tools, and interfaces for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Proven experience in leading a team of developers and conducting code reviews.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
