Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect specializing in MERTStack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS) with mandatory hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js . Prior experience with PHP and Angular is a plus. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, development, and deployment while actively engaging in coding, troubleshooting, and optimization. Responsibilities 1. Solution Architecture & Development (Hands-On) Design and implement scalable, high-performance applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS . Actively participate in coding, debugging, and optimizing solutions. Architect microservices-based applications , ensuring modularity and flexibility. Define and implement API development standards (RESTful APIs & GraphQL). Conduct regular code reviews and performance optimizations . 2. Technical Leadership & Collaboration Guide teams in Node.js, React.js , and MERTStack best practices . Work closely with developers, ensuring efficient front-end and back-end integration. Mentor engineers on solving complex architectural and coding challenges . Prior experience with PHP and Angular is a plus, aiding in system migration and legacy system improvements. 3. Cloud & DevOps Implementation Oversee cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Implement containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for efficient scaling. Continuously optimize cloud resource utilization for cost-effectiveness. 4. Security & Compliance Develop and enforce robust authentication, authorization, and encryption strategies. Secure MongoDB database operations , ensuring data integrity. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best security practices. 5. Performance Optimization & Scalability Hands-on performance tuning of Node.js and MongoDB applications. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in React.js front-end rendering . Optimize server-side efficiency using Express.js with caching techniques. 6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay updated on emerging full-stack development trends and technologies . Evaluate and adopt modern tools/frameworks for scalability and maintainability . Drive innovation by implementing new methodologies for software architecture. Requirements Mandatory hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js , and MERTStack (MongoDB, Express.js, Tailwind CSS). Proven experience as a Solution Architect , actively involved in development and optimization. Prior experience with PHP and Angular is a plus. Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices. Proficiency in microservices architecture , containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and scalable system design. In-depth knowledge of API development , including RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
