Job Description

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.

Agile Practices: Promote and implement agile methodologies within the team, ensuring effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous delivery practices.

Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.

Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including team members, tools, and budget.

Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress against milestones and objectives, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports, summarizing progress, challenges, and next steps with the stakeholders and management.

Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within the team and among stakeholders to maintain a productive working environment.

Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with project goals.

Performance Management: Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews to support team members’ professional growth.

Adaptability: Adjust project plans and Scrum practices based on team feedback and project needs.

Documentation: Maintain necessary documentation while promoting agility; this includes having clear definitions of done and maintaining transparency.

Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure that the team collaborates effectively.

Coaching: Guide the team in using Scrum practices effectively, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities.

Servant Leadership: Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, removing obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure that the backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team.

Continuous Improvement: Encourage and support the team in ongoing learning and improving processes and technical skills.

Change Management: Help the organization embrace agile practices and transition to a more agile culture.

Conflict Resolution: Address and help resolve conflicts that may arise within the team, promoting a healthy and productive working atmosphere.

Performance Monitoring: Track the team's progress and performance, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Communication: Act as a bridge between the team and external stakeholders, ensuring that communication flows effectively in both directions.

Impediment Removal: Identify and work to eliminate any impediments that may obstruct the team's work, facilitating smooth project delivery.
