Job Summary

We are looking for a

Project Manager

with a strong technical background in software development—particularly with hands-on experience in

React.js

—who can confidently lead software and application delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage teams, projects, and timelines while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Experience with

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of web and application development projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with React developers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and executable project plans.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings.
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding progress, blockers, updates, and delivery schedules.
  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans.
  • Maintain project documentation, including flow diagrams, task breakdowns, and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile development practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support coding efforts or reviews when needed (particularly with React.js or frontend tasks).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience managing software/application projects.
  • Strong hands-on background in React.js and understanding of frontend architecture.
  • Proven ability to lead development teams, manage project workflows, and drive on-time delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, including requirements gathering, feedback sessions, and delivery demos.
  • Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).

  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
