Project Manager

Responsibilities-

• Lead end-to-end project management for AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication, task delegation, and performance tracking.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Utilize

  Jira

  to track project progress, manage sprints, and monitor deliverables.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive

  project documentation

  , including scope, risk assessments, timelines, and reports.
• Identify potential risks or blockers and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.
• Support the team by facilitating productive discussions and decision-making during internal and client calls.

Required Skills-

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management within a

  product-based environment

  , preferably in

  AI or software development

  .
• Proven experience in

  team handling

  , stakeholder management, and cross-department coordination.
• Strong command over

  Agile methodologies

  ,

  Scrum

  , and

  Jira project tracking tools

  .
• Excellent

  client-facing

  communication

  skills, with the ability to manage expectations effectively.
• Strong understanding of

  software development life cycle (SDLC)

  and AI-driven product delivery processes.
• Exceptional

  organizational

  analytical

  skills.

Good to have

• Exposure to AI/ML product lifecycle management or data-driven project delivery.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) or PMP certification.
• Prior experience working with global clients.
