Description

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT software projects to ensure they align with project objectives and timelines.
  • Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress, updating schedules, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings, ensuring adherence to agile principles.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify project deliverables.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues affecting project timelines or deliverables.
  • Support the preparation of project reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project artifacts are stored and maintained for future reference.
  • Assist in fostering an agile and collaborative project environment.
  • Create project plan, stakeholder management plan, RAID Log, cost plan, implementation plan.
  • Close monitoring & control of project progress and updating of the required metrices in timely manner.
  • Drive end to end project starting from inception to project closure.
  • Reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Manage & drive Agile Sprint ceremonies, understanding and implementation of SAFe
  • Negotiate, coach and mentor team as and when required during the project Lifecyle
  • Reporting of project status/risk & issues in timely & business-friendly language
  • Keep all the process related documents updated as per the organization guidelines
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and principles.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist the product owner with backlog grooming and prioritization.
  • Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
  • Ensure the team is fully functional and productive.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Promote and facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders
