We are looking forward to hire AGILE Professionals in the following areas : Job Description: Experience required : 9-14 years Project Manager with Business Analysis Background or Project Owner with Scrum Master We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in business analysis or a Project Owner with Scrum Master responsibilities to lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of business analysis practices and possess excellent project management or Scrum Master skills to drive successful project delivery, besides having excellent communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Utilize business analysis skills to elicit, analyze, and document project requirements, ensuring clear and concise communication with development teams. Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Effectively manage project resources, including team members, to ensure efficient and productive project workflows. Act as a Scrum Master for Agile projects, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices. Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary to ensure project success. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in project management with a focus on software development projects. Strong background in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or experience in a Project Owner role in Agile environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus. Experience in leading cross-functional project teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
