Minimum 5 years experience in above mentioned skill areas. | | Job Roles & Responsibilities | * Primary point of contact for all related activities and initiatives. Telecom system comprises of MPLS-TP, IP phone, E-PARK, Video Conferencing, TETRA, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Entrance Control, Boom Barriers, Swing Gates, Turnstiles, Bollard etc. Planning, monitoring and control through daily reviews via emails, telephone calls or meetings with internal departments, clients and other external agencies and meeting deadlines. Complete planning of the project. Directs team members to project tasks and operational activities associated with the project. Become a Subject Matter Expert around the strategic toolset that has been determined by Industrial, Corporate Technology the workstreams of Access Uplift. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of technology projects to ensure that all project goals are accomplished meeting and/or exceeding commitment to the customer. Controls all elements of the project for the client and the installation team through effective and consistent communication. Leads "Turnover" meeting with Project Engineer, Account Executive, Software Engineer and Operations Manager to gain understanding of project scope. Coordinates to placing orders on a timely basis for materials required for project as indicated by Project Engineer. Reviews engineering submittal prior to delivery to appropriate party. Visits job site regularly to coordinate installation of Security projects. Communicates project concerns and suggestions, both verbally and in writing, with Operations Manager. Frequently meeting with Industrial clients (Refineries, Power plants, Steel plants, etc.) & EPC consultant (like EIL, TOYO, Technip, IOT, etc.) for their future requirements & awareness on latest marketing technologies & trends. Ensuring timely payment collections to maintain project cash flow. Site support during pre-installation survey for large projects and during installation phase quality check. | [1:44 pm, 28/1/2025] Ajay Offc No: Supervising various project business related documents like Bank Guarantees etc. Convey slippages, delays to the management and escalations at right time. Daily/Weekly/fortnightly reviews with team (Pre-sales team, managers, and site in charge). Vendor finalization for site execution. Resource allocation. Interaction with OEMs for upcoming technologies and Business. All internal Approval in the department like documentation, AMC quotation, Leave, Vouchers etc. Daily review with Service team for discussion on statics of client's issue. Approval on required spares materials. Approval on RMA Costing. Approval on Engineering documentation like technical datasheets, Quality Plans, Inspection test procedure, Factory acceptance test, Site acceptance test, General arrangement drawings, System architecture, Power calculation, Cable schedules, Positioning. Education Qualifications BTECH - ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING (ECE), ELECTRONICS & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (EEE), COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING (CSE). Licensing or Certifications for Security Project Manager Any one Certifications required: PMP, CISM, V3, ITIL, CISA, CISSP, CISPP, PMI, PSP, CSPM OR ANY OEM CERTIFIED.
