This Position reports to: Sales Manager You will be mainly accountable for: Planning and Executing the schedule for project installation and commissioning activities Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Tracking material delivery in collaboration with factory team, SCM as well coordinating with vendors for equipment delivery Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget Conducting SAT and preparing the reports for consultant and customer approval Conducting weekly internal project / order handling review meeting Participating in site meetings and coordinating with customers, consultants and PMC Ensure resource availability and allocation Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Qualifications for the Role: Experience in UPS industry 15 years + (order handling and Project execution) Solid technical background on UPS, with understanding on site requirement and Project execution Excellent written and verbal communication skills More About Us: ABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
