Job Description

As a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Project Management, you have found the right team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build knowledge of systems, processes, and regulatory requirements to support operational needs and collaborate with internal functional partners. - Identify, assess, manage, and report on operational resiliency, ensuring plans remain accurate and appropriate for regulators. - Identify control weaknesses across processes, escalate issues, establish corrective action plans, and communicate status and preventative change updates. - Support internal and external audits. **Qualifications Required:** - Influencing: Support senior leads to see the benefits of the solutions being offered. Creative positioning and influencing uncertain outcomes. - Inclusivity: Possesses the ability to work on a diverse team and with a diverse range of people. - Self-starter, proactive in taking initiative to improve business processes. - Ability to act independently and make proactive recommendations. The ability to work under pressure, make decisions at the right time, and prioritize effectively. Willing to take advice and escalate when needed. - Flexible, Adaptable, and resilient: Able to quickly shift gears and work on projects of varying nature with individuals across different regions, levels, functions. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting-style, unstructured environment. - Communication and collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead meetings and facilitate dialogues with multiple stakeholders and synthesize information to formulate a story for Senior Management. - Excellent written and verbal communication, supported by strong PowerPoint abilities to create impactful slides in a short space of time. - Stakeholder management. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Analysis and Curiosity: Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to challenge organization and understand ways of working. Thoughtful, informed, and appropriately opinionated. - Data Literacy: Data-based decision-making, leveraging data to support key messages, discreet use of data to maximum effect. Technical and analytical skills, data manipulation and automation including Alteryx and Tableau. - Future Focused / Strategic: Able to look forward to visualize future demands, opportunities, and challenges. Able to understand complex context and issues quickly. - Knowledge of financial products; banking fundamentals and regulatory environment. - Developing policies, procedures, performance outcomes, and standards that are aligned to meet all regulatory and controls standards. - Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, whilst maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation at appropriate juncture. Deep execution experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and enforce deadlines. - Data manipulation and analytics: Ability to develop Alteryx solutions and/ or Tableau dashboards. Competency in developing narrative from large and complex data sets, to allow scrutinization and Senior Leader decision making.,
