Project Management Officer

As a PMO Fresher in our IT company, you will support project managers and the PMO team in coordinating and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to processes, and alignment with business goals. You will assist in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting key metrics to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support the preparation of project status reports and dashboards.
• Collect and consolidate project data from various teams for analysis.
• Help track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in process compliance and documentation updates as per PMO standards.
• Support resource allocation and workload tracking.
• Participate in project meetings and take minutes when required.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management.
• Learn and use project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
