Job Description

As a PMO in the SQA department with 5+ years of experience, your role involves contributing to achieving strategic objectives by effectively utilizing organizational resources to complete projects on time, within budget, and scope. Your responsibilities include: - Establishing a project governance framework with a structured approach to govern and manage projects. - Defining stakeholders in project governance with well-defined roles, responsibilities, and decision-making capacities. - Implementing best practices in the industry by defining project management standards, processes, and guidelines. - Assisting management in selecting and prioritizing projects aligned with the company's business objectives. - Forecasting resource management, timelines, and project costs to determine commercials, margin, and profitability. - Developing detailed project plans with milestones and performance KPIs to monitor progress. - Performing risk assessments, ensuring resource availability, and allocation based on required competencies. - Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring stakeholders" involvement in the project. - Coordinating with internal resources, third parties, vendors, or OEMs for project execution. - Aligning remote teams, acting as a communication bridge, and ensuring all stakeholders move in the same direction. - Monitoring project progress, measuring performance against milestones, time, cost, and quality. - Developing comprehensive project status reports to share with clients, management, and staff for project reviews. - Conducting audits of work quality by OEMs, vendors, or suppliers to ensure project quality. - Reporting and escalating issues to management for timely intervention. - Ensuring on-time project delivery within scope and budget. - Creating and maintaining project documentation for future reference. Your qualifications should include: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering. - Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in IT/Non-IT industries, preferably in mechanical design and product development companies. Your technical and functional skills should include: - Proven working experience in project management. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
