Role & Responsibilities

• Creating a project plan and managing the work breakdown structure (WBS) schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
• Overseeing all aspects of projects, including initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and control & Closure.
• Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project
• Coordinating with key stakeholders for managing the project budget, quarterly budget and adjusting as needed to stay within limits
• Working closely with technical teams to monitor project progress and identify risk & issues that may arise during the course of the project.
• Preparation of project documents such as project charter, risk registers, scope statements, schedules, supporting project resources and budgets for external and internal projects
• Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
• Effective Communication, briefing, training on TA processes, policies to stakeholders.
• Managing end-to-end IPR & ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) related communications and processes
• Ensuring adherence to safety at workplace
