Planetto Tooltech is a precision-driven commercial toolroom catering to the two-wheeler, three-

wheeler, four-wheeler, and emerging EV sectors. Our focus is on delivering quality tooling

solutions with on-time project execution. We are looking for a capable Project Management

Executive who can bridge customer requirements with internal execution teams.

Role Summary:

This role demands coordination, communication, and project tracking expertise, preferably from

a Quality department in a Toolroom or New Product Development (NPD) function of a

Stamping company. You will work closely with Design, Manufacturing, and Tryout teams to

ensure timely and quality delivery of customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Track and monitor tooling projects from Kick off stage to final buy-off / HLTO.

 Interact with customers for requirement clarification, timelines, and issue resolution.

 Coordinate with internal departments like Design, VMC, Machining, Quality, and

Tryout.

 Maintain project milestone sheets, daily progress trackers, and update stakeholders.

 Support PPAP / buy-off documentation, trial parts dispatch, and deviation handling.

 Conduct internal reviews to identify risks and delays, and escalate proactively.

 Ensure project deliverables meet quality and timing expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Experience: Minimum 2 years in:

o Toolroom Quality Department (preferably for sheet metal tools), or

o NPD Department of a Stamping Company (handling tooling development).

 Education: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Tool Engineering.

 Sound understanding of sheet metal part development and toolroom processes.

 Good command over MS Excel, basic project tracking tools, and documentation.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

 Exposure to Auto OEM standards for tooling and part approval.

 Basic knowledge of CAD/2D drawings and tolerances.

 Familiarity with PPAP, APQP, or similar quality systems.

Work Details:

 Location: MIDC Chakan, Pune

 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

 Timing: 9 AM – 7 PM
