Job Description

Role Overview: As a part of the Consumer Products Center of Expertise at Bain & Company, you will collaborate with global Consumer Products Practice leadership, client-facing Bain leadership, and end clients to develop and deliver proprietary CP products and solutions. Your role will involve working on projects alongside a team of Directors, Managers, Project Leads, Associates, and Analysts, with project durations typically ranging from 3 weeks to 3 months. You will be responsible for owning end-to-end client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, and leading work planning, problem-solving, hypothesis generation, research, and insight generation. Key Responsibilities: - Own an end-to-end client project and ensure timely and high-quality delivery through effective team management - Define deliverables, prioritize and set deadlines, review work, provide feedback, and ensure quality control - Identify and proactively engage on critical issues, resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed - Lead work planning, problem-solving, hypothesis generation, research, and insight generation - Act as a go-to expert on CP sub-sectors and products/tools - Lead client communication and engagement, understand client needs and business objectives, and translate data into actionable insights - Manage client and team meetings, deliver presentations, and adapt to changing client situations and expectations - Influence hiring, developing, and retaining top talent, provide coaching/training, and deliver performance reviews Qualifications Required: - Graduates/post-graduates with strong academic records - 5-8 years of relevant experience for candidates with undergraduate studies or 3-6 years of relevant experience for candidates with postgraduate studies - Experience in management consulting and data analytics within Consumer Products/Retail industry domains - Proven track record in providing strategic consulting to Consumer Products clients, managing client accounts and internal teams - Proficiency in analytical tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI (Python, R, SPSS knowledge a plus) - Strong academic credentials, analytical ability, leadership skills, and communication skills - Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, deal with ambiguity, and lead by example while being a strong team player (Note: The additional details about the company have been omitted from the Job Description provided) Role Overview: As a part of the Consumer Products Center of Expertise at Bain & Company, you will collaborate with global Consumer Products Practice leadership, client-facing Bain leadership, and end clients to develop and deliver proprietary CP products and solutions.
