Project Leader - Consumer Product

Role Overview: As a member of the Consumer Products Center of Expertise at Bain & Company, you will collaborate with Bains global Consumer Products Practice leadership, client-facing Bain leadership, and end clients to develop and deliver Bains proprietary CP products and solutions. You will work as part of a team on projects ranging from 3 weeks to 3 months, utilizing various delivery models to support Bain's case teams globally. Key Responsibilities: - Own an end-to-end client project and ensure timely, high-quality delivery through effective team management - Define deliverables, prioritize deadlines, review work, provide feedback, and ensure quality control - Identify critical issues, engage with clients, resolve roadblocks, and proactively escalate issues as needed - Lead work planning, problem-solving, research, and insight generation - Act as a go-to expert on CP sub-sectors, products, and tools - Lead client communication, understand client needs, translate data into actionable insights, and deliver clear presentations - Coach and train associates and analysts, provide feedback, and deliver performance reviews - Analyze data, identify patterns, opportunities, and integrate disparate industry data resources - Utilize analytical tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and have an understanding of Python, R, and SPSS - Drive senior client discussions, deal with ambiguity, and lead by example while motivating team members Qualifications Required: - Graduates/post-graduates with strong academic records - 5-8 years of relevant experience in management consulting and data analytics for undergraduate studies, or 3-6 years for postgraduate studies - Experience in providing strategic consulting to Consumer Products clients, developing strategies, negotiation plans, and cost optimization - Proven track record in managing client accounts and internal teams - Strong academic credentials, analytical ability, and leadership skills - Excellent communication skills and ability to drive discussions to favorable outcomes - Ability to balance delegation effectively, deal with ambiguity, and develop open-ended ideas into practical results - Proficient in analytical tools and techniques including Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI, with knowledge of Python, R, and SPSS as a plus (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.),
