Role Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Digital Lead to spearhead our Value Added Business (VAB) initiatives and drive innovation through strategic partnerships with startups (Spark ) across Iron Ore Business.This pivotal role will be responsible foridentifying, developing, and scaling new digital initiatives that deliver exceptional value tobusiness, while fostering a culture of rapid innovation and digital excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Value Added Business (VAB) Strategy & Execution:o Define the strategy and roadmap for digital Value Added Business (VAB)o Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of VAB digital applications, from ideation topartner identification , Execution , launch, and post-launch optimization.o Collaborate with Vendors and IT teams to ensure seamless integration anddelivery of VAB services.o Monitor performance metrics (adoption, usage, Cost Saving) for VAB Projectsand iterate based on data Analytics .2. Projects Management for Spark:o Identify and analyze project ROI.o Drive the execution of Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects withselected startups, ensuring alignment with IOBs strategic objectives andregulatory compliance.o Lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML, Cloud, Robotics ,Big Data and IoT3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management:o Work closely with senior leadership across various departments to securebuy-in and drive digital initiatives.o Influence and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution ofVAB and Spark projects.4. Market & Competitive Intelligence:o Continuously monitor digital trends, competitive landscape, and emergingtechnologies in Mining & Steel IndustryQualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevantMasters degree preferred. Data Science knowledge is Required Experience: 5+ years spearheading digital change and innovation.o Proven track record of launching successful digital initiatives or drivinginnovation initiatives. Skills:o Strong analytical capabilities.o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.o Strong Data Analytics capability
