Role & Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of Fire Fighting (FF) and Plumbing (PHE) projects from initiation to handover.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, scheduling, and executing projects within agreed timelines.
• Leading project teams (engineers, supervisors, contractors) and ensuring smooth coordination.
• Managing client communication and serving as the primary point of contact.
• Monitoring budgets, BOQs, and resource allocation.
• Ensuring compliance with IS codes, NBC guidelines, and fire safety regulations.
• Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Preparing progress reports and presenting updates to management.

Qualifications

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).

• (Civil engineers are not eligible for this position)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management for Fire Fighting & Plumbing (PHE) Projects.
• Strong knowledge of IS codes, NBC norms, and fire safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools.
