Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team at Coempt Eduteck Pvt.Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading projects and managing teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and design, to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Conduct regular project meetings and status updates with stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in project leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
Experience working in an ed-tech company is preferred, with knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
