As we grow, we are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead major EPC projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, cost-control, schedule adherence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning) for e.g. industrial structures, process plants, solar installations, MEP systems.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgeting and cost estimates; monitor and control project performance against these.
• Coordinate the engineering team, procurement team, construction/installation subcontractors and commissioning teams.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet requirements: specifications, drawings, regulatory codes, safety & quality standards.
• Procure major materials and equipment: vendor evaluation, purchase orders, tracking delivery, quality checks.
• Monitor construction progress onsite: supervise contractors, enforce safety protocols, manage site logistics, resolve technical and operational issues.
• Maintain communication with clients, consultants, internal stakeholders; provide regular project progress reports, risk logs, change-requests and cost tracking.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans (schedule delays, cost overruns, design changes, procurement issues).
• Ensure project hand‐over: commissioning, testing, punch-list closure, O&M documentation, client training and final acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment (HSE) standards and company policies at the project site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,949.23 - ₹52,310.69 per month
