Project Engineer

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing projects related to sheet metal machinery. The role involves overseeing the design, fabrication, assembly, installation, and commissioning of sheet metal processing equipment while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects for sheet metal machinery manufacturing and installation.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and quality teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, documentation, and progress reports.
• Supervise fabrication, assembly, and testing of sheet metal machinery.
• Ensure all equipment meets engineering standards and customer specifications.
• Handle on-site installation and commissioning of machinery at client locations.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and resources to meet delivery targets.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for technical coordination.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during production or installation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes (cutting, bending, punching, welding).
• Familiarity with CNC, laser cutting, turret punching, and press brake machines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and automation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
