Job Summary:

We are hiring a Project Engineer – Façade Construction for our Bangalore division to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of façade projects. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing façade construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Technical Coordination: Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, providing technical input for design feasibility, installation methods, and material selection.
• Site Supervision: Oversee site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Material Management: Coordinate material procurement, inspection, and delivery to site, ensuring compliance with project requirements and minimizing delays.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control checks at various project stages, addressing non-conformance issues promptly.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely project updates.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and escalate issues that may affect timelines or quality.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce workplace safety protocols in line with statutory requirements and company HSE standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve site-related technical challenges efficiently to keep the project on track.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites when required.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in façade construction or building envelope projects.
• Exposure to curtain walls, structural glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, or related façade systems preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
