Role Overview

Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution in coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
Monitor and track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage project documentation, reports, and status updates.
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
Handle client communication and vendor coordination to ensure timely material and service delivery.
Support issue resolution and identify process improvements for project efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field).
1–3 years
of experience in project coordination, execution, or engineering management.
Strong understanding of
project management tools and methodologies
(MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
Proficiency in
MS Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent
communication, planning, and multitasking skills
.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Good to Have

Experience with
Agile, PMP, or Lean project methodologies
.
Knowledge of
AutoCAD, Primavera, or other engineering software
.
Familiarity with
ERP systems or project budgeting tools
.
Exposure to both on-site and remote project environments.
