Project Execution function

The role involves mobilizing and effectively managing manpower, materials, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards across all sites, along with adherence to all applicable legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution across multiple sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Contribute to overall project strategy and operational planning.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource utilization to achieve defined milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, legal, and safety norms across project sites.
• Develop strong vendor/contractor relationships and oversee contract performance.
• Drive team motivation, performance, and professional development across the execution function.
• Build and maintain a safe, productive, and compliant work environment.
