Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Director, located in Pune. The Project Director will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing project teams, supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills Experience in construction management and familiarity with EPC processes Knowledge of design, construction, and pre-engineering Proficiency in using ERP systems and project management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Pune and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience in managing large and complex construction projects is preferred Show more Show less
