Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Construction Project Manager. The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and supervising project teams. The role involves monitoring project progress, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring successful project completion within the stipulated time frame and budget. Qualifications Strong skills in Project Coordination and Construction Project ManagementExperience in Budgeting and Financial OversightProficiency in Construction Management and Project ManagementExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesCommitment to maintaining high safety and quality standardsAbility to work independently and lead project teams effectivelyExperience with ERP systems and construction-related software is a plusBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
