Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Construction Project Manager. The role is based in Jaipur and involves overseeing the day-to-day management of construction projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating project tasks, managing budgets, and ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met. The Senior Construction Project Manager will also be responsible for team management, resource allocation, and client communication to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 7+ years in construction project management
• Oversee full project execution (time, cost, quality)
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Manage budgets, BOQs, and cost control
• Plan schedules, monitor progress, and resolve delays
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and contractual compliance
• Conduct quality checks and site inspections
• Report project status to management
• Mentor junior engineers
