Position Overview

TULS Corp is inviting fresh engineering graduates from Thane District to join as Project Development Trainees – Solar.
This role provides structured exposure to solar project development, engineering documentation, feasibility assessment, site surveys, and techno-commercial activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in renewable energy consulting and project development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in solar project development activities, including feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Support preparation of layouts, BOQs, technical documents, and engineering reports.
• Participate in field surveys, data collection, and site measurements.
• Support design reviews, shading analysis, and basic engineering calculations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for project-related inputs.
• Contribute to DPR preparation, EPCM coordination, and documentation.
• Maintain records, progress logs, survey data sheets, and project tracking documents.
• Support techno-commercial analysis and project benchmarking activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication.
• Minimum CGPA: 7.00 (or 70% equivalent).
• Passing Year: 2024 onwards.
• Experience: Freshers preferred (0–1 year).
• Residency Requirement: Must currently reside in Thane District (Thane, Navi Mumbai, Dombivli, Kalyan, Badlapur, Ambernath, Vasai-Virar, Bhiwandi, etc.).
• High discipline, learning attitude, and willingness to travel to solar sites.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of solar engineering, site execution, and project development concepts.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and analytical tools (knowledge of PVsyst/Helioscope is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
• Adaptability for fieldwork and dynamic project environments.

Compensation

Minimum Salary: ₹2,00,000 per annum
Range: ₹2.00 Lakhs – ₹3.60 Lakhs per annum
