Role Overview
TULS Corp invites retired engineering professionals to join our consulting team as Senior Consultants. This opportunity is ideal for experienced individuals who wish to continue contributing their knowledge and expertise post-retirement in a flexible, respectful, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical insights and project management support across renewable energy and infrastructure assignments.
• Review feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and technical proposals.
• Support preparation of RFPs, techno-commercial analyses, and project documentation.
• Attend client meetings and limited project site visits as required.
• Mentor and guide young engineers and analysts in project execution and documentation.
• Coordinate with utilities, government agencies, and consulting partners for project compliance and delivery.

Preferred Background

• Retired or superannuated professionals from:
• – Power utilities, renewable energy departments, or public sector undertakings (PSUs)– Private renewable energy developers, EPC firms, or consulting organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent)

• Minimum 20 years of cumulative professional experience, with at least 5 years in Project Management, Consulting, or Renewable Energy operations
• Familiarity with DPR preparation, tendering, and project execution preferred
• Strictly candidates residing in or around Thane will be preferred
• Outstation candidates are not eligible for this positionCompensation and Benefits

• Fixed lump-sum monthly remuneration, commensurate with qualifications and experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
