Project Delivery Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery Oversight

• Ensure timely, quality, and successful delivery of projects from planning to completion.
• Track project timelines, scope, and deliverables; resolve delays proactively.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Understand client needs, manage expectations, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Conduct regular update meetings and provide progress reports.

3. Team Coordination & Leadership

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, support, etc.).
• Assign tasks, monitor workload, and ensure teams have required resources.
• Motivate and guide team members to maintain productivity and quality.

4. Resource & Capacity Planning

• Forecast resource needs based on project pipeline.
• Plan staffing, allocate team members, and manage workload distribution.

5. Process Improvement

• Implement best practices, delivery frameworks, and workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously refine process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and quality guidelines.

6. Risk Management

• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues quickly to avoid impact on delivery.

7. Budget & Cost Control

• Monitor project budgets and ensure projects stay within cost limits.
• Optimize resource use without compromising quality.

8. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed project reports, delivery metrics, and performance dashboards.
• Document lessons learned and share with leadership team.

9. Quality Assurance

• Ensure final outputs meet client requirements and internal quality benchmarks.
• Conduct reviews, audits, UAT support, and go-live validations.

10. Post-Delivery Support

• Oversee handover to support teams.
• Ensure smooth transition, address post-launch bugs or fixes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT project management: 5 years (Preferred)
