Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple client projects across our digital, creative, and marketing service lines. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between clients, creative teams, and management, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, manage, and deliver projects across digital marketing, branding, design, web development, and media production.

● Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketers, and content creators) to ensure clear work flows and on-time delivery.

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients—understanding their needs, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships.

● Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines and budgets.

● Ensure deliverables align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and overall quality standards.

● Track performance, prepare progress reports, and present project outcomes to clients and management.

● Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions proactively.

● Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency within a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fi eld.

● Proven experience (1–2 years) as a Project Manager in a digital marketing, creative, or advertising agency.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, web development, and creative workflows.

● Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar).

● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
