About Us

Role:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage and support craft-based livelihood projects. The role involves planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•  Implement and monitor project activities as per timelines.

•   Coordinate with artisans, field teams, and partners.

•    Organize training, workshops, and community meetings.

•    Track progress, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.

•    Support budgeting, financial tracking, and compliance.

•     Facilitate linkages between artisans, markets, and institutions.

Requirements

•  Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Management, Development Studies, or related field.

•   2–4 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably in livelihoods/craft sector.

•  Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.

•  Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

•   Willingness to travel to project sites.
