Project Coordinator

As a Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in the field, your role will involve a range of key responsibilities including: - Coordinating schedules efficiently to ensure timely project completion - Estimating and predicting budgets accurately to maintain cost control - Preparing detailed project reports for effective project management - Assigning and monitoring daily tasks to team members for smooth workflow - Communicating effectively with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration - Utilizing your knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering for successful project outcomes - Handling site execution and supervision work with precision and attention to detail - Conducting pricing and rate analysis to support project planning - Contributing to planning and design activities for construction projects - Undertaking costing and estimation tasks to facilitate decision-making processes In addition to the technical skills required, you should possess the following qualities: - Analytical and logical thinking abilities - Strong communication skills for effective team coordination - Creative mindset to approach challenges innovatively - Good time management skills to meet project deadlines - Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise - High level of attentiveness to detail - Adaptability to changing project requirements You should also be proficient in using computer software such as AutoCAD and MS Office, especially Excel, to support your daily tasks effectively.
